Frankie Callahan

Frankie is an HR/People leader with a passion for employee experience, learning and development, and diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB). She is a certified trainer, facilitator, and coach, focused on building leadership skills from the executive level down to each individual contributor. Her emphasis is on discovering a person’s full potential by leveraging strengths, improving communication, and navigating uncertainty.

Marina Morcos

Marina is a leader specializing in customer experience. She studied Computer Science for her Bachelor's, has a Master's in Engineering Management from Johns Hopkins, and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Oxford University. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching teams to realize their strengths and get closer to their goals. Her strengths lie in scaling teams and developing individuals. She has deep experience running multiple teams workshops, including on values & strengths. She has done intensive research on team dynamics, and her Master's thesis was around Diversity in Technical Organization and its effect. She has created multiple frameworks related to best-proven hiring methods, career development, and ways to create an inclusive culture.

Mike Rognlien

Mike is focused on building leadership at every level, strong organizational culture, and the awareness of and ability to manage biases that prevent us from achieving our best potential. Mike was one of the founding members of the Learning & Development team at Facebook, where he spent 6.5 years building all things learning—onboarding, manager development, hard conversations and, in partnership with COO Sheryl Sandberg, the company's Managing Unconscious Bias training. Before joining Facebook, Mike was the Director of Microsoft Client Services for Intrepid Learning Solutions. He managed a global team of 27 facilitators charged with delivering all of Microsoft's elective Employee & Manager Development programs. Mike holds a Bachelor's in Organizational Communication from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master's in HR and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.

Programs and Certifications Include: PHR certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute since November 2004, a Hudson Institute-trained/ICF- (International Coaching Federation) certified executive coach.

Rachel Ernst

Rachel is a seasoned human resources executive, author and speaker, with strengths in scaling inclusive teams and cultures, partnering with executive teams to design tailored performance management strategies, and ensuring a growth-oriented work environment where employees thrive. Having worked in compensation, learning and development, HR business partnership, and as an HR executive, Rachel's well-rounded background allows her to serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees. As a thought leader in the HR space, Rachel writes for Forbes, appeared on "Innovators with Jane King" on minimizing bias during performance reviews, and has been quoted on CNBC, HR.com, Thrive Global, The Ladders, and other notable HR publications. She enjoys public speaking about feedback culture creation, gender equity, and management effectiveness.
