Refunds and Replacements

Reporting an Issue
To request a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable.

Our team will review the situation and respond within 2 business days.
Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or a replacement order may be arranged at no additional cost.
Limitations

Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for orders reported after 24 hours of delivery.

Because all food is made to order, taste or preference-based refunds are not available.
