Refunds and Replacements

We will gladly provide a replacement or partial refund in the following situations:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • Items arrived damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

  • An order was incomplete or missing items.

 

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable.

  3. Our team will review the situation and respond within 2 business days.

 

Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or a replacement order may be arranged at no additional cost.

 

Limitations

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for orders reported after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Because all food is made to order, taste or preference-based refunds are not available.
